Is reading and writing reviews free?+
Yes. Reading and writing reviews on Taqym is free for everyone.
How do you deal with fake reviews?+
Every review shows where it comes from: guest, registered account, store invitation or linked order. Guest reviews are checked before they appear. Stores can report a review, our team decides and gives a reason, and both sides can appeal. We can't promise every review is true, but we show you where it came from.
What does the "Order linked" label mean?+
It means the review came from a personal link the store sent to a customer on its order list. The order details come from the store, so this isn't independent proof of a purchase.
Can a store pay to remove a review or change its rating?+
No. No store, on any plan, can pay to remove a review or change its rating.
What does the "Verified" badge mean?+
It means our team reviewed the documents the store sent, such as its commercial register or auto-entrepreneur card. It's about who runs the business, not a guarantee of its products or service.
I own a store or selling page. How do I reply to reviews?+
Search for your business and claim it, or register it from the For Business page. Once our team approves it, you can reply from your dashboard.
